VigorHQ is a boutique training facility founded by Matt and Khoi through a shared passion for training, performance, and physical culture.

With backgrounds in personal training, competitive sport and physiotherapy they travelled around Australia to curate premium equipment for VigorHQ to help bridge the gap between elite coaching and sustainable long term health.

From beginners to competitive athletes, VigorHQ exists to help people build stronger, healthier and more resilient lives.
